The areas that we focus on in respect of the National Credit Act relate in the main to the clauses that deal with, asset recovery, debt review and debt collection.

We have been the only firm to oppose all debt review applications on behalf of a major credit provider all over the Western Cape since 2008. We also collect damages suffered by this credit provider due to consumers’ default of contractual obligations and recover motor vehicles on its behalf with due regard to the National Credit Act and its provisions and regulations relevant to debt review, debt collection and recovery.
